Civplex Construction provides a range of building and development services from the very early planning stages to the actual construction phase of a project.

We specialise as the head building contractor involving the construction of many diverse upmarket high end residential, commercial and, or industrial new projects from the ground up. The latter involving the management and contruction of tilt up insitu concrete panels with a structural steel roof structure, that has proven to be the most economical and quickest form of contruction by us to date.

Additionally we can carry out several joint ventures as both a builder and developer. Civplex also specialise in providing a range of other building services other than been the head Building contractor. They include:

As head contractor, Civplex Construction coordinates the services of tradesmen, labourers, and suppliers, in conjunction with consultants and project managers, who are involved in the construction process from the start to completion phase of a quality project.
