Our Quality Policy, to which we adhere, strives to consistently deliver quality Products whilst meeting established quality regulations as well as client expectations in terms of time, cost and quality.
Ultimately we know that quality can be monitored by a site foreman, but true workmanship can only be delivered by a group of subcontractors who work well together as a team. You can rest assured that at Civplex Construction you therefore not only get a competitive tender price, but also a group of tradesman who are tried and tested, not only as individuals, but as a team.
Our Quality Assurance procedures rely on active participation, cooperation and dedication by all people involved within our organisation ensuring a quality product all the time, every time.
Subcontractor selection
The quality of our work and our ability to finish on time is ultimately reliant on the relationships between our employees and sub contracted labour.
It is for this reason that our approach to awarding on site subcontracts leans towards using tried and tested contractors rather than sub contactor with the cheapest tender price.
Prior to accepting any quote received from subcontractors, they must first provide the following to the satisfaction of the construction manager:
- A relevant list of past works completed including 3 quality referees with contact information
- Proven trading over several years of operation under their existing company structure
- Acceptable Work Method Statements and OH&S Safety procedures
In order to win a tender you must be able to provide a competitive tender price, yet that is only the start. We believe however in always finding building solutions to problems before they arise, we always search for cost savings rather than for variations and extras.
